Grenoble
Salut !
Hi !
In case you ignore it, I’m from Grenoble, capital of the French Alps, and host of the winter olympic games in 1968 (I’m advertising Grenoble ).
Recently, the Grenoble football team has reached up the first level of the league. Grenoble is not a big city compared to other clubs such as Paris, Marseille… So it’s quite nice that they managed to come to such a level. I was absolutely not interested in the France Football Cup, but if Grenoble is in the running, I will follow their run. On top of that, we have a new stadium the Alpes’ Stadium, it has to be used !
But why the hell am I talking about that ? I’m derogating from my editorial policy ! It’s simply because here, on the Réunion island (here it is, I found back my connecting thread), most of the people who know I’m from Grenoble come to me to speak about this victory. It’s somebody from here who informed me. People from the tourist office, the plumber (no, I won’t speak about the numerous problems I still have about accommodation, or I’ll be in a bad mood all day long)... It’s funny, I would have believed this Grenoble changing of level would have passed unnoticed !
